2. INVENTORY DECISION
Watch the Inventory video in your welcome email and talk to your director. She will support you in your decision and answer questions.
3. SUCCESS MEETING
Attend your weekly meeting 6 weeks in a row and receive the Mary Kay key chain. Your director will talk about weekly meetings during orientation.
4. BEAUTY SESSIONS
Attend the Next Steps Training offered to new consultants and learn how to book and hold your first Beauty Sessions!
5. BE A PEARL GIRL
New Consultants can take advantage of free products, cash bonuses and pearl jewelry when you team build in your first 4 months.
7. VOXER CHALLENGE
Earn your Mary Kay make up bag when you complete the 21 Day Voxer challenge with in your Great Start time frame.
6. BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Set up your business systems (InTouch, ProPay, your MK website, etc) as well as communication systems (Voxer, email, etc.)
